Ideal Partner Profiles

- Territory protection & MAP compliance; no diversion or price disruption
- Channel capability in【Projects / Wholesale】(at least one)
Exclusivity Criteria
- Hit targets for ≥3 consecutive quarters (≥4 quarters preferred)
- Set up local service contact and spare-parts inventory
- Strict MAP & anti-diversion compliance
Commercial Terms (Summary)
- Payment: T/T【30/70】 or L/C
- Incoterms: FOB / CIF / DDP (subject to order confirmation)
- Warranty: 5 years; verified defects within 30 days are replaceable
- Core Certifications/Reports: WRAS, ISO9001, ISO14001, AENOR
