A DESO classifica os tubos PN20 com uma press\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 2,0 MPa (290 PSI) \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. Sua estrutura molecular modificada mant\u00e9m a capacidade de press\u00e3o em temperaturas que enfraqueceriam o PPR padr\u00e3o. A DESO recomenda o uso de PP-RCT quando as temperaturas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o excederem 40 \u00b0C sob carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_Spacing_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Espa\u00e7amento entre suportes e expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O PPR se expande mais do que o metal quando aquecido. Um trecho de 30 metros pode aumentar v\u00e1rios cent\u00edmetros quando o compressor esquenta, e esse movimento pode romper as conex\u00f5es se os suportes estiverem muito distantes uns dos outros. O PPR precisa de suportes a cada 60-120 cm. O alum\u00ednio ou o a\u00e7o podem vencer v\u00e3os de 3 a 4,5 metros. A norma ASME B31.3 aborda o espa\u00e7amento dos suportes e as juntas de expans\u00e3o para sistemas de ar comprimido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oil_Compatibility_and_Long-Term_Degradation\"><\/span><strong>Compatibilidade com \u00f3leo e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os compressores de parafuso rotativo geralmente funcionam com lubrificantes sint\u00e9ticos. Esses \u00f3leos podem atacar a estrutura molecular do PPR ao longo do tempo, tornando o tubo quebradi\u00e7o e propenso a rupturas repentinas sem aviso pr\u00e9vio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea estiver usando um compressor lubrificado, verifique a tabela de compatibilidade qu\u00edmica do fabricante para confirmar se o grau PPR resiste a lubrificantes de poliglicol ou di\u00e9ster.
