Ujian ini hanya menggunakan air bersih, bukan udara atau gas, dan mesti berlaku sebelum kerja paip tersembunyi di dinding, lantai atau penebat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pre-Test_Preparation\"><\/span><strong>Persediaan Pra-Ujian<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelum sebarang tekanan dikenakan, sistem memerlukan persediaan yang kebanyakan kegagalan berlaku apabila dilangkau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mulakan dengan pemeriksaan visual setiap sambungan, sahkan manik gabungan yang betul dan 100%<a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/ms\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-welding-hot-fusion-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> integriti gabungan<\/a>. Sendi yang kelihatan tidak lengkap akan gagal di bawah tekanan, dan mencarinya sekarang menjimatkan masa dan wang berbanding mencarinya di pertengahan ujian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rangkaian besar memerlukan segmentasi kepada bahagian yang boleh diuji, biasanya maksimum 50-100 meter. Menguji seluruh bangunan sekaligus menjadikan pengesanan kebocoran hampir mustahil jika sesuatu gagal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di bahagian peralatan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pam hidraulik dengan tolok yang dikalibrasi, ketepatan minimum 0.1 bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semua injap bolong udara titik tinggi terbuka semasa pengisian untuk mengelakkan poket udara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air bersih sahaja sebagai medium ujian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kestabilan suhu penting secara keseluruhan. PPR mengembang dengan haba, dan perubahan suhu semasa ujian menghasilkan penurunan tekanan palsu yang kelihatan seperti kebocoran. Untuk paip PN20, itu bermakna 30 bar. Untuk PN10, ia adalah 15 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tahan selama 30 minit, gunakan pam untuk mengembalikan tekanan jika ia menurun. Fasa awal ini membolehkan bahan paip mengembang dan menstabilkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Leak_Test_30_minutes\"><\/span>Langkah 2: Ujian Kebocoran (30 minit)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selepas fasa awal, hentikan penambahan air. Pantau tekanan selama 30 minit tanpa campur tangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kriteria lulus: tekanan tidak boleh menurun lebih daripada 0.6 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika penurunan melebihi 0.6 bar, kenal pasti kebocoran, baikinya dan mulakan semula keseluruhan ujian dari Langkah 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Long-Term_Compliance_Test_120_minutes\"><\/span>Langkah 3: Ujian Pematuhan Jangka Panjang (120 minit)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika Langkah 2 lulus, kekalkan tekanan selama 2 jam lagi tanpa memberi tekanan semula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kriteria lulus: tekanan tidak boleh menurun lebih daripada 0.2 bar dalam tempoh 120 minit ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kecacatan rembesan dan gabungan yang perlahan yang bertahan pada jam pertama sering muncul pada jam kedua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Correction_for_Accurate_Readings\"><\/span><strong>Pembetulan Suhu untuk Bacaan Tepat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penarafan tekanan maksimum paip PPR berubah mengikut suhu, begitu juga bacaan ujian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perubahan suhu paip sebanyak 10\u00b0C bersamaan dengan perubahan tekanan kira-kira 0.5-1.0 bar. Jika bacaan berada di luar kriteria lulus tetapi suhu berubah dengan ketara, ulangi dalam keadaan stabil dan bukannya menandakan ia gagal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Common_Mistakes\"><\/span><strong>Kesilapan Biasa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Melebihi tekanan yang disyorkan: <\/strong>Tekanan paip yang lebih tinggi tidak membuktikan sistem yang lebih kukuh. Ia menyebabkan rekahan mikro dalam struktur kristal yang muncul sebagai kegagalan berbulan-bulan atau bertahun-tahun kemudian. Tekanan ujian mengesahkan kecukupan, bukan keupayaan maksimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tersalah anggap pengembangan sebagai kebocoran: <\/strong>Penurunan tekanan awal berlaku apabila PPR mengembang di bawah beban. Juruteknik yang tidak berpengalaman mula mencari kebocoran yang tidak wujud. Fasa awal 30 minit dengan pemulihan pam wujud khusus untuk penstabilan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tergesa-gesa mengikut garis masa: <\/strong>Ujian tekanan untuk paip PPR memerlukan masa. Protokol penuh berjalan selama 2.5 jam atas sebab tertentu. Ujian snap selama lima belas minit tidak mengesan kecacatan rembesan perlahan dan pelakuran yang hanya ditunjukkan di bawah beban yang berterusan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acceptance_Criteria_and_Documentation\"><\/span><strong>Kriteria Penerimaan dan Dokumentasi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengujian tekanan kerja paip berakhir dengan penentuan lulus\/gagal yang jelas dan rekod yang betul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toleransi sifar terpakai: sebarang manik air yang kelihatan pada sambungan akan merosakkan sistem, tanpa mengira apa yang ditunjukkan oleh tolok. Pemeriksaan visual semasa dan selepas ujian mengesan masalah yang terlepas bacaan tekanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keperluan dokumentasi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tarikh dan lokasi ujian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penarafan dan diameter PN paip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tekanan ujian maksimum yang dikenakan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempoh setiap fasa ujian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suhu ambien pada permulaan dan akhir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penentuan lulus\/gagal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tandatangan jurutera penyelia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dokumen ini akan dibawa bersama projek melalui penyerahan. Kekosongan dalam dokumentasi akan menimbulkan masalah liabiliti semasa tuntutan jaminan atau siasatan kegagalan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Testing_on_Commercial_Sites\"><\/span><strong>Pengujian di Tapak Komersial<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Beginilah keadaannya dalam kebanyakan kes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Testing_before_concealment\"><\/span>Ujian sebelum penyembunyian<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ujian tekanan mesti dilakukan sebelum kerja paip meresap ke dalam dinding, lantai, siling atau penebat. Setelah tersembunyi, mencari dan membaiki kebocoran bermakna mengoyakkan kerja siap dengan kos yang tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Backfill_testing_for_buried_pipes\"><\/span>Ujian timbusan untuk paip yang tertimbus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paip bawah tanah perlu diuji dua kali: sekali sebelum timbus dan sekali selepas. Ujian kedua mengesan kerosakan pemasangan akibat pemadatan tanah, lalu lintas peralatan atau pergeseran semasa pengebumian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Transition_fittings\"><\/span>Kelengkapan peralihan<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sambungan berulir logam ke plastik memerlukan pita PTFE dan kawalan tork yang teliti. Retakan yang terlalu ketat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/ms\/blog\/ppr-fitting\/ppr-fitting-mold-temperature-stress-durability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pemasangan PPR<\/a>. Kebocoran yang kurang ketat. Sambungan ini memerlukan perhatian tambahan semasa pemeriksaan visual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Factory_Testing_and_Material_Traceability\"><\/span><strong>Pengujian Kilang dan Kebolehkesanan Bahan<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ujian lapangan mengesahkan kualiti pemasangan. Ujian kilang mengesahkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/ms\/quality-inspection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kualiti bahan<\/a>.
