Non lo sono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SDR (rapporto dimensionale standard)<\/strong> \u00e8 la geometria. \u00c8 il rapporto tra diametro esterno e spessore della parete (SDR = D\/s). Un valore SDR pi\u00f9 basso indica una parete pi\u00f9 spessa rispetto alle dimensioni del tubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PN (Pressione nominale)<\/strong> \u00e8 la prestazione a una temperatura specifica. Indica la pressione massima in bar che il tubo pu\u00f2 sopportare a 20 \u00b0C per una durata di 50 anni. Un tubo SDR con SDR 6 gestisce una pressione maggiore rispetto a uno con SDR 11. I sistemi industriali funzionano a temperature pi\u00f9 elevate e presentano picchi di pressione di cui le specifiche di catalogo non tengono conto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Derating\"><\/span><strong>Derating della temperatura<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-flow-rate-reduce-pressure-loss-in-buildings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pressione nominale del tubo ppr<\/a> diminuisce all&#039;aumentare della temperatura. Un tubo PN20 con una pressione nominale di 20 bar a 20 \u00b0C scende a 10,8 bar a 70 \u00b0C. Un sistema che funziona a 12 bar in regime stazionario potrebbe registrare picchi di pressione di 18 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per i sistemi soggetti a colpi d&#039;ariete, aggiungere il margine di sicurezza 50% quando si seleziona l&#039;SDR. Un tubo in plastica ad alta pressione con SDR 6 o SDR 5 assorbe i picchi transitori che potrebbero rompere le pareti pi\u00f9 sottili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chemical_and_Mechanical_Factors\"><\/span><strong>Fattori chimici e meccanici<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sostanze chimiche aggressive degradano la superficie interna del tubo nel tempo. Pareti pi\u00f9 spesse (SDR inferiore) forniscono una tolleranza alla corrosione che prolunga la durata di vita del tubo nel trasporto di sostanze chimiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche le vibrazioni e gli impatti esterni favoriscono un SDR inferiore. L&#039;intera linea \u00e8 ora classificata per PN10 perch\u00e9 il componente pi\u00f9 debole stabilisce il limite. Ma a 70 \u00b0C, lo stesso tubo gestisce solo 5-6 bar. I tecnici che applicano la fasatura SDR 11 a tubi SDR 6 o SDR 5 creano &quot;saldature fredde&quot; in cui il materiale non ha mai raggiunto la profondit\u00e0 di fusione completa. Queste giunzioni sembrano complete, ma perdono sotto pressione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ignoring_Thermal_Expansion_in_Hot_Systems\"><\/span><strong>Ignorare l&#039;espansione termica nei sistemi caldi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pareti pi\u00f9 sottili si dilatano maggiormente sotto l&#039;azione del calore.
