Ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-valve\/ppr-valve-price-factors-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Costo totale di propriet\u00e0<\/a> racconta una storia diversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ghisa zincata \u00e8 soggetta a tubercolosi, ovvero l&#039;accumulo interno di ruggine e calcare che nel tempo riduce il diametro dei tubi. Le portate diminuiscono. L&#039;attrito aumenta. L&#039;energia di pompaggio aumenta. Alla fine, si rende necessario disincrostare chimicamente il sistema o sostituire completamente i tubi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La superficie interna liscia del PPR non si incrosta. Le portate a 50 anni corrispondono a quelle al momento dell&#039;installazione. Nessun trattamento disincrostante. Nessuna perdita di diametro. Nessun aumento dei costi energetici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confrontando i tubi GI con quelli PPR nell&#039;arco di un progetto di 25 anni, i risparmi energetici e di manutenzione sui PPR superano in genere la differenza di prezzo iniziale entro il primo decennio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Corrosion_and_the_%E2%80%9CRed_Water%E2%80%9D_Problem\"><\/span><strong>Corrosione e il problema dell&#039;&quot;acqua rossa&quot;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il rivestimento di zinco sui tubi GI protegge il ferro sottostante dalla ruggine. Ma questo rivestimento viene rimosso a ogni giunto filettato, esponendo il metallo nudo ad acqua e ossigeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il risultato \u00e8 la corrosione galvanica nei punti di collegamento e l&#039;eventuale ossidazione in tutto il sistema. Gli utenti vedono &quot;acqua rossa&quot; dalle particelle di ruggine. Le pareti dei tubi si assottigliano nel tempo. L&#039;integrit\u00e0 strutturale diminuisce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il PPR \u00e8 un materiale termoplastico non conduttivo. Non si corrode n\u00e9 elettroliticamente n\u00e9 atmosfericamente. Non \u00e8 influenzato dalla chimica dell&#039;acqua. Non lo influenzano gli ambienti ad alta umidit\u00e0. Il materiale al 30\u00b0 anno \u00e8 chimicamente identico al materiale al momento dell&#039;installazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per strutture con chimica dell&#039;acqua aggressiva o elevata umidit\u00e0, il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/advantages-and-disadvantages-of-ppr-pipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Durata del tubo PPR<\/a> il vantaggio rispetto a GI diventa ancora pi\u00f9 pronunciato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Thermal_Efficiency_Without_Extra_Insulation\"><\/span><strong>Efficienza termica senza isolamento aggiuntivo<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il GI conduce il calore a circa 50 W\/mK. Il PPR conduce il calore a 0,24 W\/mK. Una differenza di 200 volte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In termini pratici, il PPR agisce da isolante termico. Le linee dell&#039;acqua calda disperdono meno calore attraverso la parete del tubo. Le linee dell&#039;acqua refrigerata traspirano meno perch\u00e9 la superficie esterna rimane pi\u00f9 vicina alla temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per i progetti che mirano alla certificazione LEED o BREEAM, questa propriet\u00e0 termica riduce lo spessore di isolamento necessario per soddisfare gli standard di efficienza energetica.
