Un valore di pressione o di temperatura errato pu\u00f2 causare la rottura del tubo sotto sforzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_Compressed_Air_Behaves_Differently_Than_Water\"><\/span><strong>Perch\u00e9 l&#039;aria compressa si comporta in modo diverso dall&#039;acqua<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;aria compressa e l&#039;acqua non si rompono allo stesso modo. L&#039;acqua \u00e8 incomprimibile, quindi una rottura di un tubo significa una perdita. L&#039;aria immagazzina energia potenziale che si libera violentemente in caso di rottura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il PPR standard pu\u00f2 essere soggetto a propagazione rapida delle crepe, in cui una frattura si propaga a centinaia di metri al secondo e il tubo si rompe in frammenti. Acciaio e alluminio si rompono in modo diverso. In genere si lacerano o si &quot;chiudono a bocca di pesce&quot; nel punto di rottura, rilasciando la pressione senza frammentarsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;OSHA generalmente vieta l&#039;uso di plastiche fragili come il PVC per l&#039;aria compressa fuori terra. Il DESO classifica i tubi PN20 a 2,0 MPa (290 PSI) a temperatura ambiente. Per sistemi superiori a 20 bar, PN25 utilizzando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/product-category\/pp-rct-pipe-fittings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Materiale PP-RCT<\/a> gestisce 2,5 MPa (362 PSI) nelle stesse condizioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma l&#039;aria compressa si riscalda vicino al compressore. All&#039;aumentare della temperatura, la capacit\u00e0 di pressione diminuisce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Derating_at_Higher_Temperatures\"><\/span><strong>Declassamento a temperature pi\u00f9 elevate<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 60 \u00b0C, la maggior parte dei tubi in PPR riduce la propria capacit\u00e0 a circa 501 TP9T. A 80 \u00b0C, un tubo PN20 potrebbe gestire solo 0,8 MPa. La sua struttura molecolare modificata mantiene la capacit\u00e0 di pressione a temperature che indebolirebbero il PPR standard. DESO raccomanda PP-RCT quando le temperature di esercizio superano i 40 \u00b0C sotto carico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_Spacing_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Spaziatura del supporto ed espansione termica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il PPR si espande pi\u00f9 del metallo quando riscaldato. Un tratto di 30 metri pu\u00f2 aumentare di diversi centimetri quando il compressore funziona a caldo, e questo movimento pu\u00f2 tagliare i raccordi se i supporti sono troppo distanti. Il PPR necessita di supporti ogni 60-120 cm. L&#039;alluminio o l&#039;acciaio possono estendersi fino a 3-4,5 metri. La norma ASME B31.3 riguarda la spaziatura dei supporti e i circuiti di espansione per i sistemi ad aria compressa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oil_Compatibility_and_Long-Term_Degradation\"><\/span><strong>Compatibilit\u00e0 con l&#039;olio e degradazione a lungo termine<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I compressori rotativi a vite spesso utilizzano lubrificanti sintetici. Questi oli possono attaccare la struttura molecolare del PPR nel tempo, rendendo il tubo fragile e soggetto a rotture improvvise e senza preavviso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se si utilizza un compressore lubrificato, consultare la tabella di compatibilit\u00e0 chimica del produttore per verificare che il grado PPR resista ai lubrificanti a base di poliglicole o diesteri. L&#039;alluminio non reagisce con gli oli per compressori, motivo per cui \u00e8 diventato lo standard per la distribuzione dell&#039;aria nelle tubazioni industriali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_PPR_Works_and_When_It_Doesnt\"><\/span><strong>Quando il PPR funziona e quando no<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il tubo PPR per sistemi di compressori d&#039;aria funziona in ambienti ad aria pulita come strutture farmaceutiche o elettroniche, sotto i 25 bar, con temperature stabili e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-solutions-for-pharma-water\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compressori senza olio<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non \u00e8 adatto per sistemi superiori a 25 bar, linee di aria calda senza declassamento, corse all&#039;aperto senza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/effective-ways-to-get-uv-resistant-plastic-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Materiale stabilizzato ai raggi UV<\/a>, o aree ad alto traffico in cui un tubo rotto diventa un pericolo per la sicurezza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molti produttori di PPR vietano esplicitamente l&#039;uso del gas nella loro documentazione tecnica. L&#039;utilizzo di PPR standard per aria compressa pu\u00f2 invalidare le garanzie e trasferire la responsabilit\u00e0 all&#039;installatore in caso di guasto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_DESO_Recommends\"><\/span><strong>Cosa consiglia DESO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DESO certifica gradi PPR specifici per aria compressa fino a 25 bar in ambienti controllati. Le sue guide tecniche richiedono prove di pressione idrostatica o pneumatica a 1,5 volte la pressione di esercizio per almeno 2 ore prima della messa in servizio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/it\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/guide-to-connect-ppr-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fusione della presa<\/a> Crea un legame monolitico se riscaldato correttamente, ma i giunti freddi dovuti a riscaldamento frettoloso o improprio sono la principale causa di perdite nei sistemi PPR.
