Elles permettent de r\u00e9guler la pression, d&#039;effectuer des arr\u00eats pour maintenance et d&#039;emp\u00eacher le reflux dans les r\u00e9seaux d&#039;eau potable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>vannes \u00e0 bille PPR<\/strong> sont essentielles dans les installations de plomberie. Cela r\u00e9duit la pression du syst\u00e8me de 0,2 \u00e0 0,5 bar par vanne d\u00e9fectueuse dans les installations en s\u00e9rie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette chute de pression contraint les pompes \u00e0 fonctionner davantage, augmentant ainsi la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie de 8 \u00e0 121 TPE\/9 TPE dans les immeubles de plusieurs \u00e9tages. Les fuites lentes provoquent \u00e9galement des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts des eaux et engendrent des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration estim\u00e9s en moyenne entre 1 TPE\/10 TPE\/2\u00a0500 et 7\u00a0000\u00a0\u00a3, selon les donn\u00e9es du secteur des assurances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mat\u00e9riau d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d\u00e9termine \u00e9galement la dur\u00e9e de vie des vannes dans des environnements chimiquement agressifs. Le traitement de l&#039;eau potable r\u00e9v\u00e8le des concentrations de chlore de 0,5 \u00e0 2,0 mg\/L. Ceci entra\u00eene la d\u00e9gradation de certains \u00e9lastom\u00e8res en 5 \u00e0 7 ans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les b\u00e2timents \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de recirculation d&#039;eau chaude, les variations de temp\u00e9rature peuvent entra\u00eener une fatigue des mat\u00e9riaux. Si le joint et la bille frottent trop fort l&#039;un contre l&#039;autre, la vanne devient trop rigide. Ils fonctionnent en \u00e9tant comprim\u00e9s dans une petite rainure \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la vanne pour cr\u00e9er une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le pouvoir de la pression :<\/strong> Lors de l&#039;assemblage de la vanne, le joint torique est comprim\u00e9 de 15 \u00e0 25 % de son \u00e9paisseur. Ceci cr\u00e9e une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 si forte que sa force de contact est le double de la pression de l&#039;eau\u00a0; par exemple, une pression d&#039;eau de 6\u00a0bars g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de 12\u00a0bars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fiable pour les maisons : <\/strong>Ces joints fonctionnent \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +120 \u00b0C et assurent l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d\u00e8s les plus basses pressions (0,5 bar). Leur co\u00fbt de fabrication \u00e9tant de seulement $0.15 \u00e0 $0.30, le prix global de la vanne reste abordable pour les projets r\u00e9sidentiels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le facteur \u201c rebond \u201d :<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s 50\u00a0000 cycles, un joint torique peut se d\u00e9former de 10 \u00e0 151\u00a0% de sa forme initiale. Cette d\u00e9formation permanente augmente le risque de fuite \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limites chimiques et thermiques :<\/strong> Les produits chimiques agressifs comme le chlore ou l&#039;antigel peuvent faire gonfler le caoutchouc de 5 \u00e0 81 TP9T, finissant par le d\u00e9loger. Bien qu&#039;ils supportent bien l&#039;eau chaude, leur utilisation continue est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 95 \u00b0C\u00a0; ils ne sont donc pas assez r\u00e9sistants pour la vapeur industrielle \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PTFE_Teflon_Sealing_Explained\"><\/span>Explication du joint en PTFE (T\u00e9flon)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PTFE (\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de T\u00e9flon) fonctionne diff\u00e9remment du caoutchouc. Au lieu d&#039;\u00eatre un anneau flexible qui se comprime dans une rainure, il agit comme un \u201c berceau \u201d lisse et r\u00e9sistant pour la bille de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fonctionnement ultra-fluide : <\/strong>Le PTFE est incroyablement glissant, avec un coefficient de frottement de 0,05 \u00e0 0,10, soit pr\u00e8s de cinq fois plus lisse que celui du caoutchouc (0,30 \u00e0 0,50). Cela signifie qu&#039;une vanne de 1 pouce ne n\u00e9cessite qu&#039;une force de 3 \u00e0 6 Nm pour tourner, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un effort moindre qu&#039;une vanne \u00e0 joint torique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sistance extr\u00eame :<\/strong> Il peut supporter presque tous les produits chimiques (de pH 1 \u00e0 14) et r\u00e9siste \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant de -200 \u00b0C \u00e0 +260 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Con\u00e7u pour durer des d\u00e9cennies :<\/strong> En eau dure, des min\u00e9raux comme le calcium s&#039;accumulent sur le caoutchouc en seulement 18 \u00e0 24 mois, tandis que le PTFE reste propre pendant plus de 10 ans. C&#039;est un avantage consid\u00e9rable pour les grands b\u00e2timents o\u00f9 la vidange des canalisations pour r\u00e9paration repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ing\u00e9nierie de pr\u00e9cision : <\/strong>Ces si\u00e8ges co\u00fbtent environ $1,20 \u00e0 $2,50 de plus par unit\u00e9 car la bille int\u00e9rieure doit \u00eatre polie jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir une finition miroir (Ra 0,4 \u03bcm).
