Leur d\u00e9tection avant l\u2019installation permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les d\u00e9faillances des joints, les fissures dans les parois et la contamination, dont le co\u00fbt de r\u00e9paration est bien sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de leur pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Surface_Defects_and_Texture_Problems\"><\/span><strong>1. D\u00e9fauts de surface et probl\u00e8mes de texture<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le copolym\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire de polypropyl\u00e8ne vierge permet de produire des tuyaux aux parois lisses et uniformes, tant \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur qu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur. La pr\u00e9sence de contenu recycl\u00e9 se manifeste par des d\u00e9fauts visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recherchez les bosses, les bulles ou les asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s sur les surfaces int\u00e9rieure et ext\u00e9rieure. Ces irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s proviennent d&#039;une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re non homog\u00e8ne ou de contaminants r\u00e9siduels lors de l&#039;extrusion. Un tuyau de qualit\u00e9 ne pr\u00e9sente aucun d\u00e9faut de surface visible \u00e0 l&#039;\u0153il nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passez votre main le long de la paroi int\u00e9rieure si possible. Les asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s cr\u00e9ent des turbulences, une accumulation de s\u00e9diments et une diminution de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 hydraulique au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Color_Inconsistency_and_Lack_of_Luster\"><\/span><strong>2. Incoh\u00e9rence de la couleur et manque de brillance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mat\u00e9riau des tuyaux en PPR vierge pr\u00e9sente une couleur uniforme. Odeur piquante pendant le chauffage<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&#039;on chauffe du PPR pour le soudage par fusion, le mat\u00e9riau vierge d\u00e9gage une odeur minimale. Le mat\u00e9riau recycl\u00e9, quant \u00e0 lui, d\u00e9gage une odeur caract\u00e9ristique et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette odeur provient de la d\u00e9gradation des cha\u00eenes polym\u00e8res, des additifs de traitement r\u00e9siduels et des contaminants issus du flux de d\u00e9chets initial. Si le tuyau d\u00e9gage une odeur anormale pendant le soudage, l&#039;indice de fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud est irr\u00e9gulier et les liaisons de fusion ne se formeront pas correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00eames contaminants responsables des odeurs peuvent migrer dans l&#039;eau potable, transportant des pesticides, des m\u00e9taux lourds ou des produits chimiques industriels provenant des mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Unstable_Melting_and_Weak_Welds\"><\/span><strong>4. Fusion instable et soudures faibles<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structure copolym\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire du PPR vierge est con\u00e7ue pour un soudage par fusion homog\u00e8ne. Les mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s ne peuvent \u00e9galer cette performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00e9langes recycl\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent des indices de fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat fondu (MFI) variables, car les diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s de plastique et les impuret\u00e9s se m\u00e9langent de fa\u00e7on impr\u00e9visible. Lors de la fusion, le mat\u00e9riau fond de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9gale\u00a0: certaines zones fondent trop rapidement tandis que d&#039;autres r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la liaison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les contaminants tels que les particules m\u00e9talliques ou les fibres agissent comme des points de concentration de contraintes dans la zone de soudure. Au lieu d&#039;une liaison mol\u00e9culaire continue, le joint pr\u00e9sente des points faibles qui c\u00e8dent sous l&#039;effet des cycles de pression. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/common-ppr-pipe-problems-and-effective-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Probl\u00e8mes de canalisations PPR<\/a> Le probl\u00e8me provient souvent de ces soudures d\u00e9fectueuses plut\u00f4t que des parois des tuyaux elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Brittleness_and_Impact_Sensitivity\"><\/span><strong>5. Fragilit\u00e9 et sensibilit\u00e9 aux chocs<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR vierge conserve sa ductilit\u00e9 et sa r\u00e9sistance aux chocs tout au long de sa dur\u00e9e de vie. L&#039;ajout de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s rend les tuyaux cassants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9sistance aux chocs des m\u00e9langes recycl\u00e9s diminue jusqu&#039;\u00e0 351 TP9T par rapport aux mat\u00e9riaux vierges. Les canalisations se fissurent pendant le transport, l&#039;installation ou en raison de l\u00e9gers mouvements de terrain apr\u00e8s leur enfouissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et aux produits chimiques se d\u00e9grade \u00e9galement. Les mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s se d\u00e9composent plus rapidement dans des environnements \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, ce qui entra\u00eene une d\u00e9formation rapide ou une rupture dans des conditions que le PPR vierge supporte pendant des d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Long-Term_Health_and_Safety_Risks\"><\/span><strong>Risques \u00e0 long terme pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;utilisation de plastique recycl\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes sous pression contrevient aux normes internationales telles que l&#039;ISO 4427-2, car ce mat\u00e9riau ne peut \u00e9galer la durabilit\u00e9 ni la puret\u00e9 du plastique vierge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les substances toxiques provenant des flux de d\u00e9chets initiaux (pesticides, m\u00e9taux lourds, solvants industriels) migrent dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/why-ppr-is-the-superior-food-grade-pipe-choice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eau potable <\/a>\u00e0 mesure que la canalisation se d\u00e9grade.
