L&#039;essai utilise uniquement de l&#039;eau propre, jamais d&#039;air ni de gaz, et doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avant que la canalisation ne soit dissimul\u00e9e dans les murs, les planchers ou l&#039;isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pre-Test_Preparation\"><\/span><strong>Pr\u00e9paration avant le test<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant toute mise sous pression, le syst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessite une pr\u00e9paration, \u00e9tape souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e et \u00e0 l&#039;origine de la plupart des d\u00e9faillances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencez par une inspection visuelle de chaque joint, en v\u00e9rifiant la pr\u00e9sence de cordons de fusion et de la pi\u00e8ce 100%.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-welding-hot-fusion-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de fusion<\/a>. Tester un b\u00e2timent entier en une seule fois rend la d\u00e9tection des fuites quasiment impossible en cas de d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9quipement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pompe hydraulique avec manom\u00e8tre calibr\u00e9, pr\u00e9cision minimale de 0,1 bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutes les soupapes de purge d&#039;air situ\u00e9es aux points hauts s&#039;ouvrent pendant le remplissage afin d&#039;\u00e9viter les poches d&#039;air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;eau pure uniquement comme milieu de test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La stabilit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature est essentielle tout au long du processus. Le PPR se dilate sous l&#039;effet de la chaleur, et les variations de temp\u00e9rature pendant les tests peuvent engendrer de fausses chutes de pression, confondues avec des fuites. Pour les tuyaux PN20, cela correspond \u00e0 30 bars. Pour les tuyaux PN10, la pression est de 15 bars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenez la pression pendant 30 minutes, en utilisant la pompe pour la r\u00e9tablir si n\u00e9cessaire. Cette phase initiale permet au mat\u00e9riau du tuyau de se dilater et de se stabiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Leak_Test_30_minutes\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 2 : Test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 (30 minutes)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la phase pr\u00e9liminaire, cessez d&#039;ajouter de l&#039;eau. Surveillez la pression pendant 30 minutes sans intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite\u00a0: la pression ne doit pas chuter de plus de 0,6 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la chute d\u00e9passe 0,6 bar, identifiez les fuites, r\u00e9parez-les et recommencez le test complet \u00e0 partir de l&#039;\u00e9tape 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Long-Term_Compliance_Test_120_minutes\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 3 : Test de conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme (120 minutes)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l&#039;\u00e9tape 2 r\u00e9ussit, maintenez la pression pendant encore 2 heures sans repressuriser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite\u00a0: la pression ne doit pas chuter de plus de 0,2 bar dans cette p\u00e9riode de 120 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les infiltrations lentes et les d\u00e9fauts de fusion qui survivent \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re heure apparaissent souvent dans la seconde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Correction_for_Accurate_Readings\"><\/span><strong>Correction de temp\u00e9rature pour des mesures pr\u00e9cises<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pression maximale admissible des tuyaux PPR varie en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature, tout comme les valeurs relev\u00e9es lors des tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une variation de temp\u00e9rature de 10 \u00b0C dans une conduite correspond \u00e0 une variation de pression d&#039;environ 0,5 \u00e0 1 bar. Elle provoque des microfissures dans sa structure cristalline, qui se manifestent par des d\u00e9faillances des mois, voire des ann\u00e9es plus tard. La pression d&#039;essai v\u00e9rifie l&#039;ad\u00e9quation du syst\u00e8me, et non sa capacit\u00e9 maximale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confondre l&#039;expansion avec des fuites : <\/strong>Les chutes de pression initiales surviennent lorsque le compresseur PPR se dilate sous charge. Les techniciens inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9s se mettent alors \u00e0 rechercher des fuites inexistantes.
