class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un tuyau en PPR pour le chauffage r\u00e9duit les pertes de chaleur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conductivit\u00e9 thermique 200 fois inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l&#039;acier. Les syst\u00e8mes pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9s avec de la mousse PUR diminuent les pertes d&#039;\u00e9nergie jusqu&#039;\u00e0 40%, et les joints de fusion \u00e9tanches \u00e9liminent les risques de d\u00e9faillance. Pour les r\u00e9seaux de quartier s&#039;\u00e9tendant sur des kilom\u00e8tres, ces gains sont consid\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_District_Heating_Demands\"><\/span><strong>Les besoins en chauffage urbain<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain achemine l&#039;eau chaude des centrales thermiques vers les b\u00e2timents via plusieurs kilom\u00e8tres de canalisations souterraines. Trois conditions d\u00e9terminent le choix des mat\u00e9riaux\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le transport longue distance n\u00e9cessite des mat\u00e9riaux qui minimisent la friction et r\u00e9sistent pendant plus de 50 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un fonctionnement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, entre 70 \u00b0C et 95 \u00b0C, d\u00e9t\u00e9riore les canalisations standard au fil du temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La chaleur qui s&#039;\u00e9chappe dans le sol repr\u00e9sente une perte de revenus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux m\u00e9talliques se corrodent de l&#039;int\u00e9rieur, s&#039;entartrent et conduisent la chaleur vers l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 travers la paroi. Un tuyau en PPR pour eau chaude reste chimiquement inerte, conserve des surfaces internes lisses et r\u00e9siste naturellement au transfert de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SDR_and_Wall_Thickness\"><\/span><strong>SDR et \u00e9paisseur de paroi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SDR est le rapport entre le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur et l&#039;\u00e9paisseur de la paroi. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une isolation externe, un SDR adapt\u00e9 am\u00e9liore l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de l&#039;ensemble du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Three-Layer_Pre-Insulated_Structure\"><\/span><strong>La structure pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9e \u00e0 trois couches<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisations \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle du chauffage urbain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-fiber-glass-piping-best-outdoor-insulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tuyau PPR pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9<\/a> Il s&#039;agit de syst\u00e8mes plut\u00f4t que de tuyaux nus avec isolation appliqu\u00e9e sur place. La construction en sandwich comprend trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuyau de service int\u00e9rieur en PPR-CT ou en mat\u00e9riau renforc\u00e9 de fibres de verre transportant l&#039;eau chaude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couche interm\u00e9diaire en mousse de polyur\u00e9thane rigide \u00e0 structure \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es 99%, conductivit\u00e9 thermique aussi faible que 0,024 W\/mK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure en PEHD prot\u00e9geant contre les contraintes du sol, l&#039;humidit\u00e9 et les dommages m\u00e9caniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;isolation pr\u00e9-install\u00e9e en usine r\u00e9duit les pertes de chaleur jusqu&#039;\u00e0 40% par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes d&#039;isolation sur chantier. Les nouvelles formulations offrent une am\u00e9lioration de 24% par rapport aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes sur des distances de 250 m\u00e8tres. L&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de l&#039;isolation pos\u00e9e sur site varie selon le savoir-faire de l&#039;installateur et les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques. Pour les r\u00e9seaux fonctionnant \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, cela limite \u00e0 la fois la plage de fonctionnement et la dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-ct-pipes-in-heat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La PPR-CT utilise la b\u00eata-nucl\u00e9ation<\/a> Ce mat\u00e9riau permet de cr\u00e9er une structure cristalline am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Il conserve une courbe de r\u00e9sistance lin\u00e9aire jusqu&#039;\u00e0 95 \u00b0C et supporte une pression sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du PPR standard \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature \u00e9gale. Les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent ainsi sp\u00e9cifier des diam\u00e8tres plus petits sans compromettre les marges de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ce qui se traduit par un \u00e9coulement plus rapide et des co\u00fbts de mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fiberglass_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Fibre de verre et dilatation thermique<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux PPR standard se dilatent et se contractent en fonction des variations de temp\u00e9rature, ce qui provoque des ondulations dans les tranch\u00e9es et des contraintes au niveau des joints. Les tuyaux renforc\u00e9s en fibre de verre de DESO (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-fiber-composite-pipe-gf-ppr-hot-water-choice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GF-PPR<\/a>) ajouter une couche de fibre de verre qui coupe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/how-glass-fiber-orientation-reduces-pipe-bending\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dilatation thermique lin\u00e9aire<\/a> par 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur les r\u00e9seaux longue distance, cela se traduit par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des tuyaux qui restent droits et dimensionnellement stables sur des distances de plusieurs kilom\u00e8tres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moins de boucles d&#039;expansion n\u00e9cessaires sur l&#039;ensemble du r\u00e9seau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exigences r\u00e9duites en mati\u00e8re de supports et complexit\u00e9 d&#039;installation simplifi\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meilleure rigidit\u00e9 sur les surfaces horizontales o\u00f9 les PPR standard pourraient s&#039;affaisser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flow_Rates_and_Hydraulic_Efficiency\"><\/span><strong>D\u00e9bits et efficacit\u00e9 hydraulique<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;al\u00e9sage lisse du PPR permet des d\u00e9bits plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que l&#039;acier du m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;acier se couvre de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts min\u00e9raux et subit une corrosion interne qui accro\u00eet le frottement ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e. Les co\u00fbts de pompage augmentent, le d\u00e9bit diminue et, finalement, le syst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessite un d\u00e9tartrage chimique ou un remplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux PPR pour chauffage conservent la m\u00eame surface interne au bout de 50 ans qu&#039;au premier jour. Pas d&#039;entartrage, pas de corrosion, pas de perte d&#039;efficacit\u00e9 progressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fusion_Joints_Over_Mechanical_Connections\"><\/span><strong>Joints de fusion plut\u00f4t que connexions m\u00e9caniques<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9talliques utilisent des joints filet\u00e9s ou des soudures, deux points de d\u00e9faillance potentiels n\u00e9cessitant une inspection continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR utilise le soudage par fusion thermique. Les tuyaux et les raccords fusionnent au niveau mol\u00e9culaire, cr\u00e9ant une liaison plus r\u00e9sistante que le tuyau lui-m\u00eame. Sans filetage, sans joint, sans soudure susceptible de se fissurer, le r\u00e9seau forme une structure continue sans fuite, garantissant ainsi une efficacit\u00e9 thermique optimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Weight_and_Installation_Speed\"><\/span><strong>Poids et vitesse d&#039;installation<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9 p\u00e8se jusqu&#039;\u00e0 371 tonnes de moins que les syst\u00e8mes en acier \u00e9quivalents. Cette diff\u00e9rence de poids se r\u00e9percute sur l&#039;ensemble du projet\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frais de livraison r\u00e9duits sur site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manutention facilit\u00e9e sans \u00e9quipement de levage lourd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positionnement plus rapide dans les tranch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moins de contraintes sur les structures de soutien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le soudage par fusion thermique (40%) est plus rapide que le soudage \u00e0 la flamme nue de l&#039;acier et \u00e9vite les permis de travaux \u00e0 chaud et les surveillances incendie qui ralentissent la pose de m\u00e9tal. Certains projets font \u00e9tat d&#039;\u00e9conomies sur les co\u00fbts de main-d&#039;\u0153uvre atteignant pr\u00e8s de 50% par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;acier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DESOs_Material_and_System_Advantage\"><\/span><strong>Avantage mat\u00e9riel et syst\u00e8me de DESO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DESO fabrique des tuyaux en PPR-CT et renforc\u00e9s de fibres de verre sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les r\u00e9seaux de chauffage urbain.
