Cependant, il ne remplace pas syst\u00e9matiquement le m\u00e9tal. Un mauvais dimensionnement de la pression nominale ou de la temp\u00e9rature de r\u00e9sistance peut entra\u00eener la rupture du tuyau sous contrainte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_Compressed_Air_Behaves_Differently_Than_Water\"><\/span><strong>Pourquoi l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 se comporte-t-il diff\u00e9remment de l&#039;eau ?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;air comprim\u00e9 et l&#039;eau ne r\u00e9agissent pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re en cas de rupture. L&#039;eau \u00e9tant incompressible, une rupture de canalisation provoque une fuite. L&#039;air, quant \u00e0 lui, emmagasine de l&#039;\u00e9nergie potentielle qui se lib\u00e8re violemment lors d&#039;une rupture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux PPR standard peuvent subir une propagation rapide des fissures, o\u00f9 une fracture se propage \u00e0 des centaines de m\u00e8tres par seconde et le tuyau se brise en fragments. L&#039;acier et l&#039;aluminium se rompent diff\u00e9remment. Ils se d\u00e9chirent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ou s&#039;ouvrent en \u201c bouche de poisson \u201d au point de rupture, lib\u00e9rant la pression sans se fragmenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;OSHA interdit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#039;utilisation de plastiques cassants comme le PVC pour les conduites d&#039;air comprim\u00e9 hors sol. DESO classe les canalisations PN20 \u00e0 2,0 MPa (290 PSI) \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Pour les syst\u00e8mes de plus de 20 bars, on utilise des canalisations PN25. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/product-category\/pp-rct-pipe-fittings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mat\u00e9riel PP-RCT<\/a> supporte 2,5 MPa (362 PSI) dans les m\u00eames conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 chauffe beaucoup pr\u00e8s du compresseur. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature augmente, la pression diminue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Derating_at_Higher_Temperatures\"><\/span><strong>R\u00e9duction de puissance \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 60 \u00b0C, la plupart des tuyaux PPR voient leur capacit\u00e9 nominale r\u00e9duite d&#039;environ 50 % (TP9T). \u00c0 80 \u00b0C, un tuyau PN20 peut ne supporter que 0,8 MPa. Sa structure mol\u00e9culaire modifi\u00e9e lui permet de maintenir sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la pression \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures qui fragiliseraient le PPR standard. DESO recommande le PP-RCT lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement d\u00e9passent 40 \u00b0C sous charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_Spacing_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Espacement des supports et dilatation thermique<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR se dilate davantage que le m\u00e9tal sous l&#039;effet de la chaleur. Une conduite de 30 m\u00e8tres peut se dilater de plusieurs centim\u00e8tres lorsque le compresseur fonctionne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime, et cette dilatation peut cisailler les raccords si les supports sont trop espac\u00e9s. Le PPR n\u00e9cessite des supports tous les 60 \u00e0 120 cm. L&#039;aluminium ou l&#039;acier peuvent supporter des port\u00e9es de 3 \u00e0 4,5 m\u00e8tres. La norme ASME B31.3 d\u00e9finit l&#039;espacement des supports et les boucles de dilatation pour les syst\u00e8mes d&#039;air comprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oil_Compatibility_and_Long-Term_Degradation\"><\/span><strong>Compatibilit\u00e9 avec l&#039;huile et d\u00e9gradation \u00e0 long terme<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les compresseurs \u00e0 vis rotative fonctionnent souvent avec des lubrifiants synth\u00e9tiques. Ces huiles peuvent attaquer la structure mol\u00e9culaire du PPR au fil du temps, rendant le tuyau cassant et susceptible de se rompre subitement sans signe avant-coureur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous utilisez un compresseur lubrifi\u00e9, consultez le tableau de compatibilit\u00e9 chimique du fabricant pour v\u00e9rifier que la qualit\u00e9 du PPR r\u00e9siste aux lubrifiants \u00e0 base de polyglycol ou de diester. L&#039;aluminium ne r\u00e9agit pas avec les huiles pour compresseurs, ce qui explique en partie pourquoi il est devenu la norme pour la distribution d&#039;air comprim\u00e9 dans l&#039;industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_PPR_Works_and_When_It_Doesnt\"><\/span><strong>Quand le PPR fonctionne et quand il ne fonctionne pas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux PPR pour syst\u00e8mes de compresseurs d&#039;air fonctionnent dans des environnements \u00e0 air pur comme les installations pharmaceutiques ou \u00e9lectroniques, \u00e0 une pression inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 bars, avec des temp\u00e9ratures stables et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-solutions-for-pharma-water\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compresseurs sans huile<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est mal adapt\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes de plus de 25 bars, aux conduites d&#039;air chaud sans r\u00e9duction de puissance, aux installations ext\u00e9rieures sans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/effective-ways-to-get-uv-resistant-plastic-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mat\u00e9riau stabilis\u00e9 aux UV<\/a>, ou dans les zones \u00e0 fort trafic o\u00f9 une canalisation bris\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente un danger pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux fabricants de r\u00e9gulateurs de pression \u00e0 air comprim\u00e9 interdisent explicitement l&#039;utilisation de gaz dans leur documentation technique. L&#039;utilisation de r\u00e9gulateurs de pression \u00e0 air comprim\u00e9 standard peut annuler les garanties et transf\u00e9rer la responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;installateur en cas de d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_DESO_Recommends\"><\/span><strong>Ce que recommande DESO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DESO certifie des grades PPR sp\u00e9cifiques pour l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 jusqu&#039;\u00e0 25 bars en environnements contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Ses guides techniques pr\u00e9conisent des essais de pression hydrostatique ou pneumatique \u00e0 1,5 fois la pression de service pendant au moins 2 heures avant la mise en service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/fr\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/guide-to-connect-ppr-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fusion de douilles<\/a> Un chauffage correct cr\u00e9e une liaison monolithique, mais les joints froids dus \u00e0 un chauffage trop rapide ou inad\u00e9quat sont la principale cause de fuites dans les syst\u00e8mes PPR. Le recours \u00e0 des techniciens certifi\u00e9s et \u00e0 des outils calibr\u00e9s permet d&#039;\u00e9viter la plupart de ces d\u00e9faillances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tuyaux en PPR sont conformes \u00e0 la norme ISO 15874 pour l&#039;eau, mais les certifications pour le gaz restent rares.
