sous l&#039;effet de l&#039;humidit\u00e9 et des variations de temp\u00e9rature. Les tuyaux m\u00e9talliques, en revanche, y sont sujets. Dans les environnements CVC o\u00f9 la condensation est constante et o\u00f9 les cycles thermiques sont permanents, cette diff\u00e9rence d\u00e9termine la dur\u00e9e de vie d&#039;un syst\u00e8me\u00a0: 15 ans ou 50 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Chilled_Water_Systems_Put_Pipes_Through\"><\/span><strong>Quels tuyaux traversent les syst\u00e8mes d&#039;eau glac\u00e9e<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les circuits d&#039;eau glac\u00e9e fonctionnent \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 4 \u00b0C et 12 \u00b0C. Cependant, ces syst\u00e8mes ne maintiennent pas une temp\u00e9rature stable. Des arr\u00eats et des changements de mode surviennent, et dans les configurations \u00e0 deux tubes notamment, la temp\u00e9rature peut osciller entre l&#039;\u00e9tat froid, l&#039;\u00e9tat ambiant et la plage de temp\u00e9rature de chauffage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Cycling\"><\/span><strong>Cycles de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque mouvement provoque une dilatation et une contraction, et les joints m\u00e9talliques encaissent les chocs. Au fil des ans, des microfissures se forment aux points de connexion. D&#039;abord minimes, elles finissent par laisser appara\u00eetre des fuites \u00e0 des endroits inattendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR se d\u00e9forme sous l&#039;effet des variations de temp\u00e9rature au lieu de s&#039;y opposer. Les joints restent \u00e9tanches car le mat\u00e9riau absorbe les contraintes au lieu de se fissurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Condensation_Buildup\"><\/span><strong>Accumulation de condensation<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les canalisations r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es sont situ\u00e9es en dessous du point de ros\u00e9e, ce qui provoque la formation d&#039;humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur surface. La corrosion se d\u00e9veloppe lentement de l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur vers l&#039;int\u00e9rieur, cach\u00e9e sous l&#039;isolant o\u00f9 personne ne la remarque jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts soient irr\u00e9versibles. On parle alors de corrosion sous isolation, et le probl\u00e8me se r\u00e9sout g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une d\u00e9faillance soudaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PPR est totalement insensible \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9. L&#039;eau stagne en surface, s&#039;\u00e9vapore, revient, et cela n&#039;a aucune incidence. Ni rouille, ni d\u00e9gradation, ni dommages cach\u00e9s ne s&#039;accumulent avec le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_PPR_Performs_in_Cold_Wet_Conditions\"><\/span><strong>Performances des PPR par temps froid et humide<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le froid rend la plupart des plastiques cassants.
