Con esta flexibilidad, puede haber un sistema de calefacci\u00f3n por suelo radiante sin conexiones ocultas bajo el mortero. Cada junta eliminada en la losa es un punto de fallo eliminado; la capacidad del PEX para expandirse hasta tres veces su di\u00e1metro en condiciones de congelaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n proporciona un margen de seguridad en sitios sin calefacci\u00f3n donde las temperaturas pueden caer a -40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el punto de vista de la eficiencia laboral, el PEX utiliza accesorios mec\u00e1nicos de crimpado o de conexi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida que no requieren herramientas t\u00e9rmicas especializadas, lo que lo convierte en la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida para desarrollos de viviendas de gran volumen.
