Fusi\u00f3n inestable y soldaduras d\u00e9biles<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estructura de copol\u00edmero aleatorio del PPR virgen est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para una soldadura por fusi\u00f3n consistente. Los materiales reciclados no pueden igualar ese rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las mezclas recicladas presentan \u00edndices de fluidez (MFI) inconsistentes debido a que los diferentes grados de pl\u00e1stico e impurezas se mezclan de forma impredecible. Durante la fusi\u00f3n, el material se funde de forma desigual: algunas zonas fluyen demasiado r\u00e1pido, mientras que otras presentan resistencia a la adhesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contaminantes como part\u00edculas met\u00e1licas o fibras act\u00faan como puntos de concentraci\u00f3n de tensiones dentro de la zona de soldadura.
