class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las normas de prueba de presi\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas PPR para grandes proyectos comerciales exigen realizar pruebas a 1,5 veces la presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de trabajo, durante varias fases con una duraci\u00f3n total de al menos 2,5 horas. La prueba utiliza \u00fanicamente agua limpia, nunca aire ni gas, y debe realizarse antes de que las tuber\u00edas queden ocultas en paredes, pisos o aislamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pre-Test_Preparation\"><\/span><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n previa al examen<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de aplicar cualquier presi\u00f3n, el sistema necesita una preparaci\u00f3n que la mayor\u00eda de las fallas se deben a que se omiti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comience con una inspecci\u00f3n visual de cada uni\u00f3n, confirmando que los cordones de fusi\u00f3n sean adecuados y 100%<a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-welding-hot-fusion-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> integridad de la fusi\u00f3n<\/a>. Una uni\u00f3n que parece incompleta fallar\u00e1 bajo presi\u00f3n, y encontrarla ahora ahorra tiempo y dinero en comparaci\u00f3n con encontrarla a mitad de la prueba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las redes grandes requieren segmentaci\u00f3n en secciones comprobables, normalmente de 50 a 100 metros como m\u00e1ximo. Probar un edificio entero a la vez hace casi imposible la detecci\u00f3n de fugas si algo falla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al equipamiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bomba hidr\u00e1ulica con man\u00f3metro calibrado, precisi\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 0,1 bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Todas las v\u00e1lvulas de ventilaci\u00f3n de aire de punto alto se abren durante el llenado para evitar bolsas de aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f3lo agua limpia como medio de prueba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estabilidad de la temperatura es fundamental en todo momento. El PPR se expande con el calor, y las fluctuaciones de temperatura durante las pruebas generan falsas ca\u00eddas de presi\u00f3n que parecen fugas. Para tuber\u00edas PN20, esto significa 30 bar. Para tuber\u00edas PN10, es 15 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantenga la presi\u00f3n durante 30 minutos, utilizando la bomba para restablecerla si baja. Esta fase inicial permite que el material de la tuber\u00eda se expanda y se estabilice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Leak_Test_30_minutes\"><\/span>Paso 2: Prueba de fugas (30 minutos)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la fase preliminar, deje de a\u00f1adir agua. Si las lecturas no cumplen con los criterios de aprobaci\u00f3n, pero la temperatura var\u00eda significativamente, repita el ensayo en condiciones estables en lugar de marcarlo como reprobado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Common_Mistakes\"><\/span><strong>Errores comunes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exceder la presi\u00f3n recomendada: <\/strong>Una mayor presi\u00f3n en las tuber\u00edas no garantiza un sistema m\u00e1s resistente. Provoca microfracturas en la estructura cristalina que se manifiestan como fallas meses o a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s. La presi\u00f3n de prueba verifica la idoneidad, no la capacidad m\u00e1xima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confundir expansi\u00f3n con fugas: <\/strong>Las ca\u00eddas de presi\u00f3n iniciales ocurren a medida que el PPR se expande bajo carga. Los t\u00e9cnicos sin experiencia comienzan a buscar fugas inexistentes. La fase preliminar de 30 minutos con la restauraci\u00f3n de la bomba existe espec\u00edficamente para la estabilizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acelerando el cronograma: <\/strong>Una prueba de presi\u00f3n para tuber\u00edas de PPR requiere tiempo. El protocolo completo dura 2,5 horas por una raz\u00f3n. Las pruebas r\u00e1pidas de quince minutos no detectan filtraciones lentas ni defectos de fusi\u00f3n que solo se manifiestan bajo carga sostenida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acceptance_Criteria_and_Documentation\"><\/span><strong>Criterios de aceptaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prueba de presi\u00f3n de las tuber\u00edas finaliza con una clara determinaci\u00f3n de aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo y registros adecuados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplica tolerancia cero: cualquier gota de agua visible en una junta afecta el sistema, independientemente de lo que indique el man\u00f3metro. La inspecci\u00f3n visual durante y despu\u00e9s de las pruebas detecta problemas que las lecturas de presi\u00f3n no detectan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requisitos de documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fecha y lugar de la prueba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clasificaci\u00f3n PN y di\u00e1metro de la tuber\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de prueba aplicada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duraci\u00f3n de cada fase de prueba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperatura ambiente al inicio y al final<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determinaci\u00f3n de aprobado\/reprobado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firma del ingeniero supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta documentaci\u00f3n se traslada con el proyecto hasta su entrega. Las lagunas en la documentaci\u00f3n generan problemas de responsabilidad durante las reclamaciones de garant\u00eda o las investigaciones de fallos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Testing_on_Commercial_Sites\"><\/span><strong>Pruebas en sitios comerciales<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>As\u00ed es como sucede en la mayor\u00eda de los casos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Testing_before_concealment\"><\/span>Pruebas antes de la ocultaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las pruebas de presi\u00f3n deben realizarse antes de que las tuber\u00edas desaparezcan en paredes, pisos, techos o aislamientos. Una vez ocultas, encontrar y reparar fugas implica desmantelar la obra terminada, con un costo considerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Backfill_testing_for_buried_pipes\"><\/span>Pruebas de relleno para tuber\u00edas enterradas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tuber\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas requieren dos pruebas: una antes del relleno y otra despu\u00e9s. La segunda prueba detecta da\u00f1os en la instalaci\u00f3n causados por la compactaci\u00f3n del suelo, el tr\u00e1fico de equipos o el desplazamiento durante el enterramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Transition_fittings\"><\/span>Accesorios de transici\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las conexiones roscadas de metal a pl\u00e1stico requieren cinta de PTFE y un control cuidadoso del par de apriete.
