espuma de PUR que reducen la p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda hasta en 40% y juntas de fusi\u00f3n a prueba de fugas que eliminan las conexiones defectuosas. En redes de distrito con kil\u00f3metros de extensi\u00f3n, estas ventajas se suman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_District_Heating_Demands\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e9 exige la calefacci\u00f3n urbana<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La calefacci\u00f3n urbana transporta agua caliente desde las centrales hasta los edificios a trav\u00e9s de varios kil\u00f3metros de tuber\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas. Tres condiciones determinan la selecci\u00f3n de materiales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El transporte de larga distancia necesita materiales que minimicen la fricci\u00f3n y duren m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El funcionamiento a altas temperaturas, entre 70 \u00b0C y 95 \u00b0C, da\u00f1a las tuber\u00edas est\u00e1ndar con el tiempo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El calor que se escapa al suelo es una p\u00e9rdida de ingresos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tuber\u00edas met\u00e1licas se corroen internamente, acumulan sarro y conducen el calor hacia el exterior a trav\u00e9s de la pared. Una tuber\u00eda de PPR para agua caliente permanece qu\u00edmicamente inerte, mantiene las superficies internas lisas y resiste la transferencia de calor de forma natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SDR_and_Wall_Thickness\"><\/span><strong>SDR y espesor de pared<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SDR es la relaci\u00f3n entre el di\u00e1metro exterior y el espesor de la pared. Combinado con el aislamiento externo, un SDR adecuado mejora la eficiencia en toda la red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Three-Layer_Pre-Insulated_Structure\"><\/span><strong>La estructura preaislada de tres capas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usos de calefacci\u00f3n urbana a gran escala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-fiber-glass-piping-best-outdoor-insulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tuber\u00eda PPR preaislada<\/a> Sistemas en lugar de tuber\u00edas desnudas con revestimiento aplicado en campo. La construcci\u00f3n tipo s\u00e1ndwich consta de tres componentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuber\u00eda de servicio interior de PPR-CT o material reforzado con fibra de vidrio que transporta el agua caliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capa intermedia de espuma r\u00edgida de poliuretano con estructura de celda cerrada 99%, conductividad t\u00e9rmica tan baja como 0,024 W\/mK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubierta exterior de HDPE que protege contra el estr\u00e9s del suelo, la humedad y los da\u00f1os mec\u00e1nicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El preaislamiento de f\u00e1brica reduce la p\u00e9rdida de calor hasta en 40% en comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos in situ. Las nuevas formulaciones superan en 24% a las generaciones anteriores en distancias de 250 metros. El aislamiento aplicado en campo var\u00eda seg\u00fan la habilidad del instalador y las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas. En redes con temperaturas m\u00e1s altas, esto limita tanto el alcance operativo como la vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-ct-pipes-in-heat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La PPR-CT utiliza beta-nucleaci\u00f3n<\/a> Para crear una estructura cristalina mejorada. El material mantiene una curva de resistencia lineal hasta 95 \u00b0C y soporta una presi\u00f3n 25% mayor que el PPR est\u00e1ndar a la misma temperatura. Los ingenieros pueden especificar di\u00e1metros m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os sin perder margen de seguridad, lo que se traduce en un flujo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y menores costos de material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fiberglass_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Fibra de vidrio y expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR est\u00e1ndar se expande y contrae con las fluctuaciones de temperatura, lo que provoca serpenteos en las zanjas y tensi\u00f3n en las juntas. Las tuber\u00edas reforzadas con fibra de vidrio de DESO (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-fiber-composite-pipe-gf-ppr-hot-water-choice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GF-PPR<\/a>) a\u00f1ade una capa de fibra de vidrio que corta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/how-glass-fiber-orientation-reduces-pipe-bending\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica lineal<\/a> por 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En redes de larga distancia, esto se traduce en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuber\u00edas que se mantienen rectas y dimensionalmente estables a lo largo de varios kil\u00f3metros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se requieren menos bucles de expansi\u00f3n en toda la red<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n de los requisitos de soporte y complejidad de instalaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejor rigidez en tramos horizontales donde el PPR est\u00e1ndar podr\u00eda combarse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flow_Rates_and_Hydraulic_Efficiency\"><\/span><strong>Caudales y eficiencia hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El orificio liso del PPR permite caudales m\u00e1s altos que el acero en el mismo di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acero acumula dep\u00f3sitos minerales y corrosi\u00f3n interna que aumentan la fricci\u00f3n a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Los costos de bombeo aumentan, el caudal disminuye y, eventualmente, el sistema requiere desincrustaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica o reemplazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tuber\u00eda de PPR para calefacci\u00f3n mantiene la misma superficie interna al a\u00f1o 50 que el primer d\u00eda. Sin incrustaciones, corrosi\u00f3n ni p\u00e9rdida de eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fusion_Joints_Over_Mechanical_Connections\"><\/span><strong>Uniones por fusi\u00f3n sobre conexiones mec\u00e1nicas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sistemas de metal utilizan uniones roscadas o soldaduras, ambos puntos potenciales de falla que requieren inspecci\u00f3n constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR utiliza soldadura por fusi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. La tuber\u00eda y el conector se funden a nivel molecular creando una uni\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuerte que la propia tuber\u00eda. Sin roscas, juntas ni soldaduras que se agrieten. Toda la red se convierte en una estructura continua sin puntos de fuga que afecten la eficiencia t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Weight_and_Installation_Speed\"><\/span><strong>Peso y velocidad de instalaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR preaislado pesa hasta 37% menos que los sistemas de acero equivalentes. Esta diferencia de peso se nota en todo el proyecto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menores costos de env\u00edo al sitio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manejo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sin necesidad de equipos de elevaci\u00f3n pesados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posicionamiento m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido en trincheras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menos tensi\u00f3n en las estructuras de soporte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soldadura por termofusi\u00f3n acelera la soldadura 40% en comparaci\u00f3n con la soldadura de acero con llama abierta y evita los permisos de trabajo en caliente y las vigilancias contra incendios que retrasan la instalaci\u00f3n del metal.
