DESO clasifica las tuber\u00edas PN20 a 2,0 MPa (290 PSI) a temperatura ambiente. Para sistemas superiores a 20 bar, se utiliza PN25. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/product-category\/pp-rct-pipe-fittings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Material de PP-RCT<\/a> Maneja 2,5 MPa (362 PSI) en las mismas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero el aire comprimido se calienta cerca del compresor. Su estructura molecular modificada mantiene la capacidad de presi\u00f3n a temperaturas que debilitar\u00edan el PPR est\u00e1ndar. DESO recomienda PP-RCT cuando las temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n superan los 40 \u00b0C bajo carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_Spacing_and_Thermal_Expansion\"><\/span><strong>Espaciamiento de soporte y expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR se expande m\u00e1s que el metal al calentarse. Un tramo de 30 metros puede crecer varios cent\u00edmetros cuando el compresor se calienta, y ese movimiento puede cortar los accesorios si los soportes est\u00e1n demasiado separados. El PPR necesita soportes cada 60 a 120 cm. El aluminio o el acero pueden extenderse entre 3 y 45 cm. La norma ASME B31.3 cubre la separaci\u00f3n entre soportes y los bucles de expansi\u00f3n para sistemas de aire comprimido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Oil_Compatibility_and_Long-Term_Degradation\"><\/span><strong>Compatibilidad del aceite y degradaci\u00f3n a largo plazo<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los compresores de tornillo rotativo suelen funcionar con lubricantes sint\u00e9ticos. Estos aceites pueden da\u00f1ar la estructura molecular del PPR con el tiempo, haciendo que la tuber\u00eda se vuelva quebradiza y propensa a romperse repentinamente sin previo aviso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si utiliza un compresor lubricado, consulte la tabla de compatibilidad qu\u00edmica del fabricante para confirmar que el grado de PPR resiste los lubricantes de poliglicol o di\u00e9ster. El aluminio no reacciona con los aceites para compresores, raz\u00f3n por la cual se ha convertido en el est\u00e1ndar para la distribuci\u00f3n de aire en tuber\u00edas industriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_PPR_Works_and_When_It_Doesnt\"><\/span><strong>Cu\u00e1ndo funciona la PPR y cu\u00e1ndo no<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tuber\u00eda PPR para sistemas de compresores de aire funciona en entornos de aire limpio como instalaciones farmac\u00e9uticas o electr\u00f3nicas, a menos de 25 bar, con temperaturas estables y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/ppr-pipe-solutions-for-pharma-water\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compresores sin aceite<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es una buena opci\u00f3n para sistemas superiores a 25 bar, l\u00edneas de aire caliente sin reducci\u00f3n de potencia y recorridos al aire libre sin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/effective-ways-to-get-uv-resistant-plastic-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Material estabilizado a los rayos UV<\/a>, o \u00e1reas de mucho tr\u00e1fico donde una tuber\u00eda rota se convierte en un peligro de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchos fabricantes de PPR proh\u00edben expl\u00edcitamente el servicio de gas en su documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Sus gu\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas exigen pruebas de presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica o neum\u00e1tica a 1,5 veces la presi\u00f3n de trabajo durante al menos 2 horas antes de la puesta en servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desopipe.com\/es\/blog\/ppr-pipe\/guide-to-connect-ppr-pipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fusi\u00f3n por socket<\/a> Crea una uni\u00f3n monol\u00edtica cuando se calienta correctamente, pero las uniones fr\u00edas por calentamiento apresurado o inadecuado son la principal causa de fugas en los sistemas PPR.
