En entornos de climatizaci\u00f3n donde la condensaci\u00f3n es constante y los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos nunca se detienen, esa diferencia determina si un sistema dura 15 o 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Chilled_Water_Systems_Put_Pipes_Through\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 pasan las tuber\u00edas los sistemas de agua helada?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los circuitos de agua fr\u00eda funcionan a baja temperatura, generalmente entre 4 \u00b0C y 12 \u00b0C. Sin embargo, los sistemas no mantienen una temperatura constante. Se producen paradas, cambios de modo y, especialmente en las instalaciones de dos tubos, las temperaturas pueden oscilar entre la temperatura fr\u00eda, la temperatura ambiente y la temperatura de calefacci\u00f3n, y viceversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_Cycling\"><\/span><strong>Ciclos de temperatura<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada oscilaci\u00f3n implica expansi\u00f3n y contracci\u00f3n, y las uniones met\u00e1licas sufren las consecuencias. Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, se forman microfracturas en los puntos de conexi\u00f3n. Al principio peque\u00f1as, pero luego empiezan a aparecer fugas en lugares inesperados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR se mueve con los cambios de temperatura en lugar de resistirlos. Las juntas permanecen selladas porque el material absorbe la tensi\u00f3n en lugar de agrietarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Condensation_Buildup\"><\/span><strong>Acumulaci\u00f3n de condensaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tuber\u00edas refrigeradas se encuentran por debajo del punto de roc\u00edo, por lo que se forma humedad en la superficie. Se corroe lentamente de afuera hacia adentro, oculto bajo el aislamiento, donde nadie lo ve hasta que el da\u00f1o est\u00e1 hecho. El t\u00e9rmino t\u00e9cnico es &quot;corrosi\u00f3n bajo el aislamiento&quot;, y suele terminar en una falla repentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PPR ignora por completo la humedad. El agua se asienta en la superficie, se evapora, regresa y nada importa. Sin \u00f3xido, sin degradaci\u00f3n, sin da\u00f1os ocultos que se acumulen con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_PPR_Performs_in_Cold_Wet_Conditions\"><\/span><strong>C\u00f3mo funciona el PPR en condiciones fr\u00edas y h\u00famedas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fr\u00edo hace que la mayor\u00eda de los pl\u00e1sticos se vuelvan quebradizos.
